City
of Villains
My characters from the on-line
multiplayer role-playing game (Which I'm very addicted to it seems)
Some are heroes, and of course villains. You'll be seeing a lot more
of them soon I hope.
Madame Joey
Name:
Josephine ‘Joey’ Bedeau
Origin: Natural
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Description: 5’ 0", 120 lbs. With the classic hour-glass
figure, very ‘busty’, with white shoulder length hair, and usually
wears round smoked colored sun-glasses, and a black western duster
hat.
Background:
Born in Elko Nevada, Josephine, or Joey as she’s normally called,
came from what called old stock. The Bedeau first came to the
territory in the mid 1840’s, when French trapper Barthelemy Bedeau
settled in the area with an Indian wife, and for the next 160 years
the Bedeau’s stayed, stayed in the area and stayed poor. In fact it
was Barthelemy Bedeau that seemed to have started the family
business, when he offered his wife’s services for a pair of passing
cowboys for a pound of bacon. Since
then the Bedeau’s been in the business of prostitution, passing on
generation to generation. Joey herself after a basic education went
to work in the local brothel but unlike many of the past women who
seemed satisfied with their lot in life, Joey used her body and mind
to break free.
Manipulative, Joey
played to the customer, always getting them to relax and talk about
themselves, their stock deals, investments, any little boast that
she could use to her own advantage. In a few years she went from
working the brothel, to owning it, which is where she took on the
pseudonym of Madame Joey. Yet, that was not enough, she wanted more
and having been a prostitute she knew she could not get it by legal
means. So knowing that she needed muscle, she started to scan the
magazines, i.e. Soldier of Fortune, in order to hire a man that she
could use. After many interviews, where using her ‘talents’ she
finally settled upon a mercenary to hire, the first of her new
stable. Starting small with plain hold-up’s se quickly learned the
tricks of her new trade, moving up from small times stick-up’s to
stealing technology, kidnapping, and even hired killings. Now, with
4 merc’s that steadily work for her, Joey is slowly becoming a name
in the Rouge Isles.
Marbas
Name: Marbas
Origin: Magic
Gender: Male
Age: Immortal Demon
Description: 8’2", 520 lbs. Huge, with blue skin, forward
tilted horns growing from the sides of his head, with three smaller
horns atop his shoulders. Straps around his chest and stomach with
priced nipples and cloven hoofs.
Backstory: Marbas, angel-general of the 36 legions of
infernal spirits that fought to take over heaven. When defeated, he
joined his master and the other angels cast down from heaven into
the underworld. There for ages he served his master, the ruler of
the underworld, yet like his master he desired more, until one day
he escaped from the rulers dominance and fled to the surface world,
where weak from his escape, he was captured by the mortal humans and
placed in a cage, until freed once again when the prison was
assaulted. It was then that he realized how weak he was, an
arch-demon now barely able to fight the humans that captured him.
Now he works to once again build his power, and when ready build his
own kingdom on earth.
Personality Traits: Very intelligent, evil, finds good in
murder, chaos, rape, untrustworthily unless its to further his own
ends, but bound by his word when given, he may try to twist and turn
to his desires, but will not break an oath.
Powers: Ice/Ice, once powerful beyond human imagination, his
escape has left him severely weaken, and only by feeling on the
souls of those he kills does he regain his powers.
In-Game Archtype: Dominator
In-Game Powers: Ice/Ice

(Foxtrot), NEED TO KNOW ONLY. Reading by non-listed personal will

From: Daniel C. Sterk, Director of Special Budgetary Operations.
To: James W. Dickinson, Brig Gen, USAF. Office of Covert Operations
Subject: Cancellation of the Mafdet Project.
James, now that we got the bullshit out of the way, this is to
review the failure of the Mafdet project with a lessons learn for
our next attempt at such a project. As you know the advancements
from this project have been astronomical, yet if word ever gets out
of what has been created, the firestorm of negative publicity would
be severe.
In review, it was during our meeting right after B took office in
his first term that I first brought up the Mafdet Project, so named
after Egyptian Goddess of power. Briefly, it was during our meeting
with C that we informed him that with current technology it was
impossible to create an artificial life-form that could react, move,
or think like a human, to operate in an independent combat
environment. Upon his request to ‘Think out of the box’ it was
brought to his attention that the company that he used to head had
many subsidiaries that had advanced the science of cloning, DNA
reproduction/engineering. And with a ‘no-bid’ contract it was
possible to create a human hybrid, stronger, faster, deadlier than
any machine. C was immediately intrigued, while stipulating that B
would not be informed for ‘Plausible Deniably’.
After receiving the funding to proceed on a prototype with C’s
former company, it was decided after much debate that the embryo be
female with cheetah DNA, to take advantage of its natural savagery,
speed and agility. Further dialogue determined that such a creature
should have some kind of stealth, injury resistance, jumping, to
name a few abilities. In the end it was decided that a total of 13
species DNA slices would be required.
After 3 years, and 215 prototype failures, the first embryo was
successfully brought to term; it lived for 11 hours before its
system failed. But with that achievement, a successful prototype
would not be far away. In fact it took only 9 months and 5 more
attempts before we had Mafdet.
Its cheetah traits were obvious, as also very surprising, as we had
expected a much more human appearance. We decided to continue with
the current creature, as we were unsure how to reverse the
appearance and determined to go on with the current living form.
Also surprising was how fast it started to grow, we had determined
that while it had human intelligence, the feline construction was
dominant, which we found was to be a bonus, as it would reach full
working function in as little as two years, with a estimated 15-20
year life span.
Training started at the 6th month having already reached a height of
3 feet, equal to a human 10 year old in intellect, speed and
learning we used its instinctive prey behavior by using live fowls
(Chickens, ducks, gooses, etc) to train it in hunting. We were
amazed the first time it seemed to disappear from sight, only to
have it reappear attacking and killing a chicken. As a reward we
allowed it to play with the dead carcass after which time it took
several bites out of it. Using this as a device, we found that
allowing it to feed on the prey improved its desire to hunt and kill
more. As it grew, and became intelligent, the need to feed soon left
its behavior, but the seemingly thirst to hunt stayed.
After its first year, the training increased as it showed a talent
to learn quickly, yet it was my mistake not to take into the fact
that it was female, something the guards did not miss, though I have
difficulty in seeing how they could find a sexual interest in the
creature, as it’s more feline than human. Apparently the guards been
entertaining themselves with the creature for about 2 months, and
since the creature seemed willing, the security relaxed.
Now at 2 years of age, the creature stood at 5 feet and everything
we wished for, it killed at our command, it resisted damage, healing
fast, with no limits to it abilities in sight. It was at this time
period that our training advanced to live humanoid targets.
Prisoners from Paragon City, gang members that been convicted and
sentence to life imprisonment. Now in an attempt to win full
clemency they volunteered to rid the city of a creature. In a
carefully constructed maze, both the prisoner and Mafdet were
released inside. We were proud that the first prisoner never knew he
had been killed, Mafdet appeared behind him and death was
instantantious. What had meant to be the start of a new type of
combat soldier was now a perfect assassin, as feline stalker.
It was after the 7th test that Mafdet disappeared, we have forgotten
the instinct of freedom, and it seems the human instinct of anger,
revenge? It just walked out of its cage leaving 3 naked and dead
guards behind. If it had left, I would have understood its desire to
be free, but instead it stayed within the facility hunting the
guards, scientist, any one it could catch. Attempts to leave at
first found doors, stairways, elevators blocked or non-operational.
It seemed we vastly underestimated its intelligence, and its
savagery, from what I can now guess, it enjoys killing, and I wonder
what will happen when the last of us are dead.
There’s only 6 of us alive now out of a staff of 57, my door is
locked with 5 guards outside, while I hope this report will find
you, about 5 minutes ago there was considerable firing outside my
door which quickly stopped, no one answered my voice, so I now
suspect I’m the only one left.
I believe that this project while seemingly successful was doomed
from the start, while we maybe able to control human minds, the
hybrid is still too strange for us to understand, it seemjaslsns
Note from rescue team leader:
Sir,
The document above was found by the body of Director Sterk. As
instructed after you were alerted by e-mail, we flooded the complex
upon arrival with D-3612, which rendered anyone alive comatose upon
inhalation. Regrettably we were unable to find any survivors when we
entered the complex but for the Mafdet project which we secured, and
transported to the local maximum security facility known as the
Zaggurat in Paragon City. Unfortunately 24 hours after her arrival,
a massive prison break accrued with the prisoner among the escapees.
At this time its location is unknown, request instructions.

Mafdet
My villain furry, she's a mix of human and cheetah DNA, created to be the perfect assassin. But like all projects like that, she had a mind of her own. While nude, I just can not see this as an adult work, by Foux, and I just love it! |

Kencyr
By Leah Coghill, my newest character in CoV, Kencyr, daughter of the demon Marbas and one of his many raped victims. Not as bad as her father, then again no one really feels safes around a 7 and a half foot, half-demon with a third eye. |
